ZSDS Series Dynamic and Static Electro-hydraulic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine for Two Axles
The dynamic and static electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine for two axles is composed of high-rigidity load frames, high-precision load sensors, electric-hydraulic servo closed loop control system (including function generators and PID control regulators), all operations and settings of which can be realized via the system software and visual panel. The machine adopts two oil cylinders in coordination for loading and can realize in-time control of loading and displacement, data processing, drawing, displaying curves and printing.
1. The body adopts four columns with hydraulic locking cylinders for realizing control of hydraulic lifting.
2. The maximum traffic of the actuator is 200±100mm and 100±50mm in vertical direction.
3. The moving loads of the load sensor contain ±150KN and ±50KN.
4. The hydraulic source emission of this testing machine is about 100L/min, the hydraulic source system consists of plunger-type pumps (imported oil pumps), one-way valves (Leemin Hydraulic), overflow valves (Leemin Hydraulic), hydraulic gauges (Leemin Hydraulic) etc. which also have functions oil temperature, liquid level and oil filter alarming, and the rated pressure is 21Mpa.
5.The control system can realize control of commonly used waveforms such as sinusoidal wave, triangular wave, square wave and random wave, and smooth switching of several waveforms.
6. According to the demand of this testing machine, electric-servo hydraulic valve ( 63L ) made by MOOG Company and controller system made by MTS company are used.
